Who We Are?

Founded in 1986 and officially recognized by the Manipur Baptist Convention (MBC), the Anāl Naga Baptist Association (ANBA) is a community of believers dedicated to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Based in Chandel, Manipur, our jurisdiction reaches across Anāl Naga Baptist Churches and fellowships both within India and abroad

Our Journey

The Anāl Christian community has a rich legacy of faith, formerly serving as members of the Sadar and South East Manipur Baptist Associations. In 1986, we united to form ANBA, later establishing our guiding Constitution in 1990 at Khambathel Baptist Church. Today, we continue to grow, building upon the foundations laid by our pioneers to serve the spiritual and social needs of our people.

Statement of Faith

We believe in the sixty-six canonical books of the Bible as our authoritative guide. We stand firm in our faith in:
• The Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• The Deity of Jesus Christ, His sinless life, and salvation through His grace alone.
• Believer's Baptism by immersion.
• The Great Commission to evangelize the world and care for the poor and needy.
